Steve Huff is a 20+ year veteran of racing from motorcycles to electric dragsters to hydroplanes; Steve races on salt, dirt, asphalt, and water. In addition to racing Steve’s custom motorcycles have been on the covers of industry magazines and are owned by his rock star friends. This will be our team’s 3rd appearance at Hydros for Heroes and is the one we look forward to every year. Steve was born and raised on Whidbey Island and enjoys getting to see all of his childhood friends at the races.

Marine Dream Racing was founded in 2005, racing a 2.5 mod hydroplane. Construction of the GP 74 started in 2009, and with the help of many GP owners, the dream of the Premonition became a reality at Soap Lake, WA in 2015. Since then, the boat and team have traveled across the US multiple times, racing in places such as Madison IN, Tri-Cities WA, and San Diego CA. The team started with founder/driver Rob Hall and is now continuing with fellow inboard driver, Jim Mauldin.
